General information

All cars presented in this Management are equipped or a five-step manual box (switching) of transfers (RKPP), or automatic transmission (AT). All information on RKPP is collected and presented in this Chapter. Information on AT is presented in Head Automatic transmission. All-wheel drive models are equipped with also transfer case to which Head the Transfer case is devoted.

Established on all RKPP models belongs to the AH-15 type, five-step, with raising fifth transfer. In view of complexity of a design, inaccessibility of replaceable components and need of use of the special tool to make internal repair of RKPP by own forces it is not recommended. Brought to attention of readers information is limited to the general information and the description of procedures of removal and box installation.
