General description

The EVAP system carries out adsorption паров fuels and their burning as a part of gas mixture during normal functioning of the engine.

The structure of any system of catching паров fuels surely includes an adsorber filled with absorbent carbon in which collecting паров gasoline is carried out.   1. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the diafragmenny valve of a purge of an adsorber (it is located on the inlet pipeline) and connect to a hose the vacuum gage. Start the engine and leave it working at single turns. Depression in a hose should not be!

The engine temperature at this check should reach 75,5 ° Page.

  1. At the heated-up engine depression should be absent (alarm depression from the electromagnetic valve of management of an adsorber purge).
  1. If depression is absent, pass to performance of procedures of item 8.
  2. If depression takes place, disunite the electric socket of an electromagnet of management of a purge and check it on food existence from the battery.
  1. Check existence of tension of the battery on an electromagnet of management of an adsorber purge.
  1. If tension takes place, replace cutting electromagnetic valve.
  2. If tension is not present, check a condition of a plait of wires of RSM, in case of need make repair.
  3. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature. If originally depression on diafragmenny the valve of management of a purge was absent, check a depression source.
  4. If depression takes place, pass to item 11.
  5. If depression is not present, check the vacuum line going to the inlet pipeline on existence of damages or violation of passableness of unions.
  6. If the vacuum in an initial condition depression takes place, check functioning of the perekidny valve of a fuel tank in a workshop of dealer office.

  1. Remove a fuel tank (Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  2. The valve is planted in the rubber plug through passage. Take it, having hooked on the one hand and having turned out the plug from a tank together the valve.
