Check of serviceability of system of injection of fuel
|
|
- Check quality and reliability of fastening of contacts of wires of grounding on the inlet pipeline. Check also contacts of all system of electroconducting concerning work. Weakening of fastening of plugs and violation of quality of grounding can lead to more serious refusals.
- Make sure that the battery is completely charged, as functioning of the control unit and the sensors defining amount of submitted fuel, considerably depends on accuracy of giving of a food on them.
- Check a condition of an element of the air filter - the filter hammered by dirt essentially reduces efficiency of functioning and profitability of the engine (Head of Control and routine maintenance).
- If during check the burned-down safety lock is found, replace it and check, whether there is it at once again out of operation. If yes, - try to reveal short circuit on weight in a plait of wires of the fuel pump.
- Check on leaks a sleeve of the air inlet going to the inlet pipeline. Leaks such conduct to excessive pauperization of a mix. Also check a condition of all vacuum hoses of the inlet pipeline and their shtutserny connections.
- Disconnect an air inlet sleeve from the case of a throttle and check it on existence of signs of pollution, accumulation of soot and other deposits. In case of need clean a sleeve by means of a toothbrush and a cleaner for carburetors.
- At the working engine serially press a stethoscope to each of injectors and listen to the clicks published by it indicating serviceability of its functioning. Instead of a stethoscope to an injector it is possible to press a sting of a screw-driver and to listen to clicks via its handle. Frequency made by an injector click depends on engine turns.
- Disunite electric sockets of injectors and measure resistance of each of them. Compare results to data of Specifications.

- Measure resistance of each of injectors - it should equal about 12 Century.

- Connect a control lamp of check of injectors to the socket of each of injectors serially. Turn the engine. The lamp should flash evenly on each of sockets. It is check of supply voltage of injectors.

- Connect a control lamp of check of injectors to the electric socket of each of them and make sure that it blinks at an engine provorachivaniye.
