Removal and installation of the accumulator (store) of central air of air

Air central air constantly is under pressure. Do not weaken shtutserny connections of lines and do not disconnect systems any of components before carrying out its discharge. The coolant should be extorted from system in special compensatory and regenerative ERA-blok at station of dealer office or in a specialized workshop of car-care center. At a rassoyedineniye of lines of system surely put on goggles!


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Make a discharge of central air of air (see the prevention above).
  2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  3. Disunite the electric socket on the sensor switch the pressure switch in the top part of the accumulator which is located from the passenger party of the car, near a wheel arch.
  1. Disconnect the sensor switch of pressure of turning on of the coupling of coupling from the accumulator.
  1. Disconnect the absorption line from the compressor, previously отболтив it.

It is not necessary to disconnect refrigerator lines from the accumulator - they should be replaced together with the accumulator.

  1. To Zakuporta open unions in order to avoid hit in moisture and dirt system.
  2. By means of the special tool (see. The section Removal and installation of the heat exchanger of a heater) disconnect the line from the accumulator where it passes through a partition of an impellent compartment to the evaporator. Weaken a coupling bolt of a fixing arm and remove the accumulator together with the lines connected to it.
  3. If the accumulator is replaced, remove with old Schröder's valve (under the pressure sensor switch) and pour out oil in measured capacity, having remembered its quantity. Add the same amount of oil (согласующееся on type with R-134a), plus of one more ounce (28.35 g) in the new accumulator.
  4. Installation make upside-down.

At assembly in each podpruzhinenny joint it should be established on the sealing ring suitable for the use in systems, filled with R-134a type oil.

  1. Drive away the car in the same workshop where central air discharge was made. Make here its oporozhneniye, a charging and check on leaks.
