Removal and installation of assembly of management by a heater and air conditioner

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  2. Give six screws and remove facing of the central part of the dashboard.

For ensuring access to two bottom screws remove an ashtray.


  1. For removal of facing of the central part of the dashboard take an ashtray and give six screws.
  1. Give four screws of fastening of the control panel a heater and the air conditioner.
  1. Give screws of fastening of the control panel a heater and the air conditioner.
  1. Take the control panel from the nest, having pulled it forward, disunite electric sockets shtutserny connections of vacuum lines.
  1. Take assembly of management by a heater and the air conditioner from the nest and disunite on its back party electric and vacuum sockets.

Checks of vacuum lines of the control panel

Necessary for functioning of a control system by climate depression moves on the control panel on the line connected to the inlet pipeline. The control valve is switched on in this line.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Having switched off the engine, take from the vacuum line going from the inlet pipeline the control valve (remember its orientation in the line) and by means of the manual vacuum pump put to the valve from its party turned to the engine depression by depth of 203 mm of mercury. The valve should "pass" depression.
  1. By means of the manual vacuum pump check the unilateral control valve (shooter) in the vacuum line of the control panel a heater and the air conditioner.
  1. Create depression from the party of the valve turned to the control panel. Now the valve should appear is locked. If this condition is not carried out, replace the control valve.
  2. Establish the control valve to the vacuum line (correctly сориентировав it) and connect a hose to the inlet pipeline.
  3. At the control panel taken from the nest and the disunited vacuum plait (see an illustration) serially create depression by depth of 203 mm of mercury. on each of seven unions of the socket.

  1. If any of contours does not hold depression, survey the line of this contour in search of a source of "leak" and make necessary repair.
