Removal

- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- To Otboltita a fan casing also shift it back, having transferred via the fan.
- By means of the lever turn a natyazhitel of a driving belt of hinged units it clockwise so that possibility to remove a tape belt from a tension roller was formed.
- Give bolts and separate a pulley of a cranked shaft from a damper of krutilny fluctuations.

- Give bolts of a pulley of a cranked shaft (arrow) and a big central bolt of a damper of krutilny fluctuations.

- Give a big bolt of a damper of krutilny fluctuations. For keeping of a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye in the course of an otdavaniye of a bolt remove a starter (Head System of electric equipment of the engine) and ask the assistant to jam a big screw-driver in a gear wreath of a flywheel / a driving disk.
- By means of a special stripper (see

in Head Ryadny the six-cylinder engine) (ask in shops of automobile accessories) remove a damper of krutilny fluctuations.

It is not necessary to use a stripper grasping edges of a damper. The stripper should fasten on bolts of a pulley and put effort only to a damper nave. Track also that the forward nozzle of a stripper was on diameter more than diameter of an opening in a forward end face of a cranked shaft. |
- By means of the special tool or a big screw-driver take an epiploon from a cover of a distributive chain.

- Extraction of a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft by means of a special stripper - try not to damage a surface of a pin of a shaft.

Installation
|
|
- Smooth out an epiploon nest, having removed from its surfaces all traces of a material of old laying and corrosion. Establish a new epiploon in a nest sponges (usually from sponges the broad spring) inside (to the engine is established). A small amount of oil put on external edges of an epiploon will facilitate installation - however be not overzealous in greasing.
- Begin to knock an epiploon in a nest before its complete landing in it by means of a big replaceable head and a hammer (see

- Check a condition of a surface of a damper of krutilny fluctuations contacting to an epiploon. If the epiploon developed a flute in a surface, the damper can be restored by a press fitting in it the special loose leaf - address in a car-care center workshop.
