Removal

|
- To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props, then remove transmission (Head the Manual box of gear shifting). In case of existence of signs of leaks now it will be a high time to replace a forward epiploon / a sealing ring of the oil pump (AT only).
- Remove a basket and a conducted disk of coupling (Head Coupling and the transmission line) (RT). Now it is a high time to check a condition / to replace components of coupling and directing bearing.
- Paint or center punch mark the provision of a flywheel / a driving disk in relation to a cranked shaft for a guarantee of its correct installation at assembly.

- Before flywheel removal / a driving disk mark its situation in relation to a cranked shaft.
|
- Give bolts of fastening of a flywheel / a driving disk to a cranked shaft. If the cranked shaft thus starts to be turned, immobilize it, having jammed between a teeth of a wreath of a flywheel a screw-driver or having used as the lever mount.

- At an otdavaniye of fixing bolts hold a flywheel from a provorachivaniye by means of the lever.
|
- Remove a flywheel / a driving disk from a cranked shaft. As the weight of a flywheel is rather great, take care of its adequate support in process of an otdavaniye of the last bolt.

Installation
|
|
- Wipe a flywheel, having removed from it oil and greasing traces. Check a flywheel surface on existence of the cracks left heads of rivets of furrows, spots of an overheat and задиров. - Put a flywheel / driving a disk to a cranked shaft. Track combination of the landing labels put during dismantle. Pay attention that some engines are equipped with directing pins or non-uniformly located boltovy openings that does flywheel landing / a driving disk on a shaft quite unequivocal. Before installation of bolts grease their carvings with fixing hermetic.
- Jam a screw-driver in a wreath teeth for flywheel keeping / a driving disk from a provorachivaniye and tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort, operating in slightly (three) stages and passing from a bolt to a bolt in a diagonal order.
