Top lever

|
- Give a nut and a bolt of fastening of the top lever to an arm of a case of the bridge.
|
|
Components of the right levers of a forward suspension bracket (the 4WD model is shown; for 2WD models the scheme is similar).

|
|
- For a detachment of the top lever of a suspension bracket from a case of the bridge give a nut (in a picture it is not visible) and a bolt (shooter), then take a bolt from an arm.
|
- Give a bolt and a nut of fastening of the top lever of a suspension bracket to an arm of a frame and take the lever from under the car.
|
|
- For a detachment of the top lever of a suspension bracket from a frame give this nut (shooter) and take a bolt (access to a head of a bolt is possible through an opening in a frame, directed outside of, towards a wheel arch).
|
- Check the lever on existence of cracks and deformation signs. The damaged lever replace.
- Check the plug in a bridge case (only for the top lever) on existence of cracks, hardening and other signs of aging of a material. If the plug needs replacement, establish the lever on a place and drive away the car in a workshop of car-care center or dealer office where this work will be made by the qualified experts with use of the special tool without which existence removal of the plug is not obviously possible.
- Installation make upside-down. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.

- By means of a chertilka or paint put down adjusting labels on kulachkovy regulators and the lever of a suspension bracket is will give a guarantee of correctness of the subsequent assembly.
|
|
- Before a detachment of the bottom lever of a suspension bracket from an arm of a case of the bridge mark situation concerning it a kulachkovy regulator, then give a nut and take a bolt.
|
- Give a nut of fastening of the bottom lever of a suspension bracket to an arm of a case of the bridge, remove a cam and a cam bolt.
- Give a nut and a bolt on an arm of a beam of a frame and lower the bottom lever.

|
- For a detachment of the bottom lever of a suspension bracket from an arm of a frame give a nut (in a picture it is not visible) and take a bolt.
|
- Installation make upside-down. Take care of combination of labels of mutual position of the lever and a kulachkovy regulator. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
