Removal and installation of screw springs of a back suspension bracket

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Weaken nuts of forward wheels. To Poddomkratta a car front also establish it on props. Remove wheels.
  2. Mark situation and disconnect from the holder of a crosspiece of a leading gear wheel of differential the forward driveshaft (Head Coupling and the transmission line), then tie up a shaft aside a piece of a wire.
  3. Prop up assembly of the bridge or one jack established under differential, or two, got under everyone their sleeves (the last way gives the best balancing). To Otboltita the bottom levers of a suspension bracket from the bridge (The section Removal and installation of levers of a forward suspension bracket).
  4. To Otboltita of a rack of the stabilizer and shock-absorbers from a forward part of a case of the bridge (The sections Removal and installation of a bar of the back stabilizer of cross-section stability and Removal and installation of back shock-absorbers).
  5. Disconnect a jet bar from a bridge arm (The section Removal and installation of a cross-section jet bar of a back suspension bracket).
  6. Slowly omit bridge assembly so that screw springs were completely stretched. If for a podpiraniye of the bridge one jack is used only, ask the assistant to hold the bridge on the right at its lowering. Take a spring from under the car.
  7. Check a spring on existence of defects and traces of corrosion which are capable to cause a premature exit it out of operation. In case of need make replacement.
  8. Installation make upside-down. Make sure of correctness of landing of a screw spring (see an illustration). All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
