Removal and installation of levers of a back suspension bracket

In order to avoid a soskalzyvaniye of a case of the bridge from the position that considerably would complicate the subsequent assembly, remove and establish each of suspension bracket levers serially. If for any reason it is necessary to remove more than one lever, prop up the bridge a telezhechny jack.

To Poddomkratta a car back also establish it on props.

Top lever

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Give a nut and a bolt of fastening of the top lever to an arm of a case of the bridge.

Details of installation of the lever of a back suspension bracket.

  1. For a detachment of the top lever of a back suspension bracket from an arm of a case of the bridge give this nut (shooter) and a bolt (in a picture it is not visible).
  1. Give a nut with a bolt, suspension brackets fixing the top lever to an arm of a beam of a frame and remove the lever from the car.
  1. For a detachment of the top lever of a suspension bracket from an arm of a beam of a frame give a nut (having reached it through an opening in an opposite wall of a beam and a bolt (shooter).
  1. Check the lever on existence of cracks and deformations. Plugs examine on existence of cuts and cracks. In case of detection of defects replace the lever.
  2. Installation make upside-down. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.

Bottom lever

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Give a nut and a bolt of fastening of the bottom lever to a bridge arm.
  1. For a detachment of the bottom lever of a back suspension bracket from an arm of a case of the bridge give these a bolt with (arrow) nut.
  1. Give a bolt with a nut of fastening of the bottom lever to a beam of a frame and remove the bottom lever from the car.
  1. For a detachment of the bottom lever of a back suspension bracket from an arm of a beam of a frame give a nut (in a picture it is not visible) and this bolt (shooter).
  1. Installation make upside-down. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.

Both levers

Remove jacks and lower the car on the earth.
