Removal, check of a condition and installation of the vyzhimny bearing of coupling

The dust developed in the course of functioning of coupling and accumulating on a surface of its components can contain unhealthy asbestos. AT ALL do not blow off a dust the compressed air and do not inhale it. Do not use for dust removal by solvents on an oil basis or gasoline. For dust washing off in the pallet it is necessary to use the structures intended for cleaning of brake mechanisms. After completion of cleaning and rubbing of components of coupling merge the used cleaner and combine dirty rags in the container marked by respective image.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To Otboltita the executive cylinder from the coupling case (The section Removal and installation of components of hydraulic system of switching off of coupling) also take it from the deepening. Tie up the cylinder aside a wire, trying not to bend and otherwise not to damage the hydraulic line.

Do not disconnect the hydraulic line from the executive cylinder - the system is not subject to pumping in case of air hit in it!

  1. Remove from the RKPP car (Head the Manual box of gear shifting).
  2. Disconnect the lever of switching off of coupling from a returnable spring and an axial hairpin, take vyzhimny the bearing from the holder on primary to a shaft and disconnect it from the lever.

Condition check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Holding the central part of the bearing, повращайте external, at the same time creating pressing. If the bearing rotates not smoothly and with extraneous sounds, replace it. Wipe the bearing pure rags and check it on existence of signs of wear, cracks and other damages. Do not lower the bearing in solvent - its factory sealing which is not subject to restoration will thus be broken. Check the bearing on existence of signs of leaks, in case of identification of those replace assembly.
  2. Check a condition of the lever of switching off and an axial hairpin. The hairpin should be hardly tightened. Make sure that the lever is not worn-out and is not deformed. Examine a returnable spring of the lever - if it погнута or it is damaged, make replacement.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is generally made as it should be, the return to a removal order. Do not forget to grease slightly directing bearing of a cranked shaft, a shlitsa of primary shaft of the transmission, sliding surfaces of the holder of the RKPP bearing, the lever of switching off and its axial hairpin.
  2. Establish to the place of RKPP (Head the Manual box of gear shifting).
  3. Establish into place the executive cylinder of coupling (The section Removal and installation of components of hydraulic system of switching off of coupling).
